Application Process
APPLICATION PROCESS & REQUIREMENTS
Residential Properties
All residential properties require the completion of our Residential Application which consist of an initial assessment of the info provided on the application followed by a credit and background review. There is a fee of $40 (Forty Dollars) for the credit and background review, which is due upon submission of your application. This fee is non-refundable.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed Application (Prospective Lessee)
• Application Fee ($40 Forty Dollars) per applicant.
• Proof of Income (ie. last three paycheck stubs, job offer letter, social security/disability letter)
• Copy of most recent utility bill.
• Copy of I.D. (of each applicant) for Credit & Background Review. All individuals age 18 and older that reside in home must submit ID and complete background review.
INCOME/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Income of applicant must equal at least 3-times the monthly rent.
· Proof of at least 3 months of recent continued employment.
PROPERTY SHOWINGS:
The Pre-showing Questionnaire below MUST be completed before a showing can be scheduled. Property showings are typically held within 48 hours after submission.

RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIREMENT:
Renter's Insurance is required for all resident locations. The cost of Renter's Insurance is typically around $20.00 per month and can be obtained from any insurance provider. We can provide more detail to help guide you on meeting this requirement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The security deposit (non-refundable) is due once all Application Requirements (above) have been approved for each Applicant and the Applicant(s) chooses to move forward. The first month's rent is due at move in.
